BD is now a quicker read, and makes better use of sidebars, captions and quotes without dumbing down. There is a stronger link with the website (also redesigned) which is signposted throughout the newspaper. The design is simple and quick to build, which is important for the sub editing team who have to juggle a number of production schedules. The newspaper's comment and opinion now carry more weight, and the Editorial has been moved to page two. |
